Boulder police received a report shortly before 9 a.m. that a man was telling those who passed him in the lobby of Boulder Community Hospital that he had a detonator attached to an oxygen tank. "We got a bomb squad and SWAT team out here, the hospital has created a safety zone within the hospital but it hasn't been evacuated at this point," said Boulder police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley. Boulder Hospital Cordoned Off After Explosion Threat --Man In Wheelchair Claims to Have Detonator 17 Mar 2008 Police have cordoned off an area around the Boulder Community Hospital after a man in a wheelchair claimed to have a detonation device attached to his oxygen tank.
