Public Citizen Announces New Director of its Congress Watch 
Division

David J. Arkush Returns to Public Citizen to Lead Government 
Watchdog Program  

WASHINGTON, D.C. - David J. Arkush, an experienced public 
interest lawyer with a background in consumer issues and 
appellate law, is the new director of Public Citizen's Congress 
Watch division, the nonprofit advocacy organization announced
